The Head of Sales will be in charge and develop the Green Solutions Utility business (Biomass, Co-Generation, PV, WWTP) for the whole Indonesia and SEA.Client DetailsThe Client's Group is an USD 1 Billion company, providing a range of engineering solutions in the energy and environment sectors. They have pioneered business model and is mandated to extend this in select international markets.They operate globally through 19 international offices, 12 sales & services offices including Indonesia and Thailand and 12 manufacturing facilities.Description• Business Development - developing customer base in SEA territory* Having in depth knowledge of our value propositions and matching it to meet customer applications.* Achieve order booking target (value and no of orders as per ABP ) for the assigned territory and product lines* Provide accurate order booking projections, lead and prospect reports to support business growth* Provide strategic inputs for developing ABP and SBP for the assigned territory* Generate and maximize cross sales opportunities* Anchor enquiry management system from lead generation to order closure* Develop local partners* Assist business development and promotion strategy , Build case studies Customer testimonials* Be a single point of contact for customers for multi-division product lines across multiple functions, viz. sales, service and supply chain* Provide inputs on:- new applications for the BOO solutions- pricing- breaking into new market segments- Change in Industry norms- win loss analysisProfile- Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical, MBA is preferred- 10 - 15 years of experience in the related field and products across utilities (Steam, Heat, Waste Water Treatment, Chilling applications. Experience in SEA preferred- Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills- Strong ability to work cross functionally across hierarchies in a highly matrix organization structure- Passion to network, build relations with customer and improving sales- Flair to build in-depth know-how of multiple products- Contracting and negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen- Proficient in English language and local language preferred- written and verbal- Ability to work with a multi-cultural teamJob Offergreat remuneration packagework life balanceroom for growth
